This is exactly what good customer service is supposed to look like. The owner was very kind to us and we started talking as he noticed we came from Germany, since he used to live in Germany as well for several years. We felt very welcomed, he even made sure all four of us could properly sit together in the shadow outside. The Kebab was great as well, consisting of only the necessary ingredients and tasty, nicely grilled meat and I was surprised but happy to find a Kebab place in rural Italy. Tasty meat, fresh vegetables, clean place, the smell of the street called me, and it did not disappoint me, very good place to eat, price agreed with the quality. 👌🏻

Mind-blowing kebab served with flair and passion. I’ve been here twice and will visit again soon. Owners are nice and patient and don’t mind that my Italian is horrible. Squisito!

Il miglior kebab di Umbertide ed uno dei migliori della provincia. Pochi tavoli e spesso un po' di fila, ma l'attesa vale decisamente la pena. Indrit, il proprietario, è gentilissimo ed accoglie sempre con un sorriso. Consigliatissimo!

Die Kommunikation vereinfachte sich als sich herausstellte, dass der Inhaber gutes Deutsch sprach. Super netter Service. Ein handwerklich guter Döner der weder vom Brot noch vom Inhalt irgendeinen Anhalt zum meckern gab. Weiter so 👍
